Wuxi Mingfang Automobile Parts Industry Co., Ltd (donated as "XMF") is a wholly owned company established on July 12, 1991 by Hong Kong Ming Found Industrial Co., Ltd with the registered capital of US Dollars 13.5 million. It covers a land area of 48,005 square meters and floor area of 50,261 square meters.
The company mainly produces automotive electric sunroof, hinge, window regulator, hand brake, door striker, seat part, stamping part, stamping mold, assembly equipment, spot welding jig, welding fixture, assembly fixture, inspection equipment and gauge, etc. Produced auto parts supply to Johnson Controls European and North America plants, Shanghai GM, Dongfeng Nissan, Zhengzhou Nissan, Chang'an Ford Mazda (Nanjing and Chongqing company), Chang'an Suzuki, Geely group, Shangdong Huatai, Great Wall Motor, Changfeng Automobile and other domestic and oversea automotive OEM factories. Meanwhile, the company provides stamping parts for Suzhou Canon and affiliates of the group. For tooling parts, mainly sell them to the customers within the group and technical partners at domestic and oversea.
  The company employs more than 650. It is a company with well-equipped, strong technical force, advanced production process and sound management system. From product design and development, product validation, tooling design and development, process design and development, until realization of product delivery, all processes are achieved by XMF selves. As for special process such as surface treatment, it is supported by the joint venture factories.

  The company owns more than 10 sets advanced Taiwan and Japan-brands robot welding machines,  nearly hundred presses with various tonnage, CNC machining centers, wire cutting machines, sunroof  assembly lines, hinge assembly lines, and automatic striker spot welding machine, etc., With the support of autonomous stamping molds and assembly equipment's design and manufacturing capabilities, the company has the production capacity with an annual output of  200,000 sets sunroofs, 200,000 sets window regulators, 500,000 sets door hinges, and  1,000,000 sets door strikers, etc,. If the business needs, with the own tooling capabilities, the expansion of production capacity can be achieved at any time. In 2010, XMF made nearly 430 million (RMB) pre-tax sales successes.
